Collegium Wratislaviense is an institution whose aim is inspiring and consolidating elites. Our headquaters is based in of Wrocław (lat. Wratisavia), Poland. Our program is offered to the  representatives of diverse social groups such as businessmen, academics, social organizations as well as the respresentatives of freelance professions: doctors, lawyers, architects and journalists. Collegium is a place where people willing to take more responsibility can get professional and integral support such as inspiring ideas, effective tools and methods of work, invigorating reflections, and constructive experience of cooperation. Thanks to our program and active methods of work we can keep company and bring consolidation, inspiration and integrity to the development of people who have already achieved much but are willing to achieve even more.

Bearing in mind how significant elites are for a community’s development we are striving to provide opportunities for their professional and personal progress on the highest possible level. We draw on the world’s best standards and solutions in the area of elites’ development and we are geared towards satisfying individual needs of the participants of our programs.

During out meetings we pay special attention to the multidisciplinary approach, innovative spirit as well as the culture of participation and accumulating goods mixed with ideological zeal and realism, all in a flexible and friendly structure.

Wisdom is more than knowledge and information. Collegium is understood an idea of a community of active people who want to perfect themselves and also as a common ground for representatives of diverse groups such as academics or businessmen. Wratislaviense also refers to the best European and Wroclaw’s traditions in culture and education characterized by the typical of Wroclaw openness and discerning people’s potential.

The educational programs offered to individuals as well as organizations include:

Effectiveness and Style: the program is inspired by global achievements in the area of elites’ development.  It comprises careful improving of effectiveness and searching for good style. It additionally allows professionally successful individuals achieve a higher level in their professional activities. Thanks to its unique formula the program allows a participant to establish interesting relationships with people who are effective in a good style.

School of Tutors:  an advanced course for those who would like to become tutors. The program comprehensively prepares academic teachers to use the tutoring method of work, which is a basis for academic education at two of the best universities in Europe: Oxford University and Cambridge University. Tutoring is an exceptional didactic method which is indispensable to develop students’ individual potential and to motivate them in order to work independently.

The Management Of  21st Century University: the program is targeted at the higher schools of education interested in improving their level of effectiveness.  The main aim of the program is supporting the leaders of the schools in the process of introducing changes which are to improve the quality of the academic work. The program is based upon University Index, a diagnostic tool devised by Collegium Wratislaviense. The effectiveness of the program The Management Of  21st Century University is achieved by means of the cooperation between Collegium Wratislaviense and a given school which includes proper diagnosis, developing a vision of changes, creating a plan of implementation and its further accomplishment.

School of Academic Teachers: participants of the program will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the world’s and Polish most interesting academic didactic methods. Included in the program are presentations and trainings on the ways of active group work, seminar methods, creativity techniques, and methods of managing research programs. The chief goal of the School is to equip academic teachers with a wide spectrum of effective and inspiring didactic methods.

Besides the above mentioned programs we also offer trainings and lectures upon request, adjusted to individual needs and purposes of our clients. Our experience also includes accomplishing international project.
